Hi, I'm Leslie and I Created The High Income Pathway to show leaders like you how to monetize the expertise you already have so that you have full sovereignty of what, when, how… It's what I so desperately wanted when I was in 9-5.
I’ve always been a businesswoman—it just took me a while to own it.
I started at 19 years old hustling everything from MLM and bartending to balloon sculpting (yes, you can make $100K a year doing that). But I also climbed the corporate ladder—all the way to the executive suite. On paper, I had “made it.”
🔥 The title, the six-figure salary, the illusion of success—it doesn’t mean sh*t when your life isn’t yours.
I was burnt out. Constantly stressed. Always missing out on the moments that actually mattered.
And then my 7-year-old son said something that shattered me.
He told me he’d rather be homeless living on the streets with me—if it meant he could actually be with me.
That’s what an unpresent Mom I was being. I had gotten caught up in advancing my corporate career as a way to take care of my child. But he just needed ME.
That moment changed everything.
So I left. No plan, no roadmap—just the knowing that this couldn’t be my life.
I freelanced. Then I consulted. And before I knew it, I had replaced my six-figure income working 25 hours a week—on my terms.
From 2016-2020, I built a branding agency with a full team of employees and freelancers. It was good money, but in 2020, like a lot of us, I started re-evaluating everything.
I was 47, and I knew I wanted more meaning, more impact.
Then, in 2021, after the Atlanta spa shootings, I took a hard look at my place in #StopAsianHate and race-related movements. That was when I knew, without a doubt:
